On the left: the multi-million dollar Malibu mansion out of which Kevin was just unceremoniously booted by Britney. On the right: the three hundred thousand dollar condo in the Valley he'll be calling home from now on. But hey, on the plus side, now he can almost claim some street cred on his album!

It's still nicer than where I liveAnyone else wondering if Britney's going to let Kevin keep the Ferrari? After all, she ended up having it towed last time they got in a squabble - but don't you think it'd be pretty difficult to get rid of Kevin's car when his name's still plastered all over it?
