Britney Spears BSpearsRampage022107new_1.jpgFollowing a cancelled custody hearing this morning, Britney Spears has checked herself back into rehab for the third time in less than a week. The singer returned to Promises, the Malibu facility she left early Monday morning. Hopefully the third time's the charm for the embattled Spears; everyone at X17 certainly wishes her the best in her efforts to get well.
