Parking Tickets Are For Suckers

We got some great footage of Britney Spears taking her new dress for a test-pose yesterday, but unfortunately she must have spent a little too long admiring herself in the mirror - by the time she made it back to her car, there was a parking ticket waiting for her! Jeez, first Nicole Richie, now Britney - remember the days when celebs were above the law? 
"I'm not quiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite sure yet..."It must have been a bummer to find that ticket on her windshield - but at least she got it picking out one hell of a dress!
