Or at least she must be sporting that black leather jacket in the May heat! We spotted the tiny twin making her exit from Maxfield's on Monday afternoon looking all leathered up. Guess Ashley's not going to be relinquishing her stranglehold on the top of PETA's worst-dressed list to Nicole Richie without a fight!
