Kate & Owen's Solid Foundation

We caught Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson in the midst of an animated discussion while meandering around the beachfront property Wilson purchased last year as a site for a new home. Could Kate and Owen have been coordinating their visions for an ocean-view love nest? Or did the notoriously camera-shy couple simply notice our cameras and get characteristically aggy? 
The hills are alive
The discussion gets intense
Owen attempts to win the argument by spontaneously doing the RobotOwen dropped fifteen million bucks on that land back in 2006 - but hey, if he ever needs a little quick cash, he can just rent some yardspace out to Matthew McConaughey!
