Kelly Advertising What, Exactly?

We spotted Kelly Osbourne on location in Venice yesterday shooting a commercial. Her hair and makeup look great, but what on earth could she be spokesmodeling for in that dreary outfit and hat? 
"Wait, this is an ad for STD meds?"
"I think you got the wrong celebutante!"
