Britney's back to black! A change of look for her upcoming LA performance on the 30th, perhaps? All of our sources say the concert is happening -- she'll share the stage with Cindy Lauper, Debrorah Harry and Erasure for the "True Colors" tour date in the City of Angels.

We hear the justification for the order, would be that Lynne Spears is currently on some type of medication that might arguably make her unfit to care for the children. Drama!
