It's his 13-month-old baby boy, Samuel Jason, and wife Tanya Haden on a beach in Kauai. Cute fam! The new hair color (and cut) is for Tropical Thunder - a $100 million war comedy about Vietnam that Ben Stiller is producing. Let's hope this Black/Stiller collaboration turns out better than their previous one, Envy. (Don't worry if you didn't see it or hear about it - no one did!)
