Lindsay wasn't the only one frolicking on the beach yesterday with a new guy - Hilary, dressed to impress in full makeup and way too much jewelry (for the beach, anyway), played in the sand and the surf with Frankie Delgado from MTV's twentyfourseven (who, by the way, bore Hil's red imprint on his face while out with the Duffster and Brody the other night:
