Mario Lopez was spotted out last night with a camera-shy mystery woman, who was most definitely not the DWTS alum's former on-and-off stage partner, Karina Smirnoff outside of Opera! Later the pair tried to sneak past the cameras at Area, but we caught them (if we didn't catch her face) anyway!
