Nicole and Joel on a Practice Run?

We spotted soon-to-be-parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden in Beverly Hills with Nicole's sister Sofia yesterday. First the group grabbed Ice Blendeds at the Coffee Bean before dining at Xian last night. Are they getting ready to welcome a little girl of their own? As soon as Nicole saw our cameras, she freaked and bolted for the car where she hid under covers in the back, letting the little girl climb in the front. Gee, I hope that's not how Nicole behaves when she has one of her own!!
Nicole's belly's becoming a bit more pronounced!
Does Sofia take after her adoptive older sister?Seriously, if Nicole's so disdainful towards any media attention, why would she do an interview exposing everything about her pregnancy, relationship and legal troubles on national television?
