Look at those chubby cheeks! How cute! No doubt Jayden is Britney's son -- he's a spitting image of her! Momma Spears took the little tyke for dinner yesterday at Taverna Tony's in Malibu. Looks like Tony himself (is that Tony?) even escorted the boy out!
