No way! Brit's a free woman and has never been otherwise! -- She just had to go through the motions tonight at the Van Nuys jail where she turned herself in on misdemeanor charges of hit and run stemming from an August fender bender.
That's gonna be one FIERCE mugshot 'cause girlfriend was lookin' HOT!
Trusty Sam was at Britney's side this evening from jailhouse to Jack In The Box! Brit got double-fierce when she donned the same pink wig she had on earlier in the day. Then the two celebrated Britney's freedom with a #11, large orange Fanta, and a side of chicken fingers!
