And we do mean that literally - just look at how happy Miss Minnillo looked yesterday picking her dog up from the vet and then heading over to In & Out! Jeez, she looks even happier to be reunited with her loyal hound than she did when we caught her picking out baby clothes! 
We know Nick comes first with Vanessa
But
He's not the only one close to her heart!
