Lindsay Crosses Us Up

We caught Lindsay Lohan grabbing a coffee after a visit to the Red Cross facility yesterday afternoon. Do you think she was stopping by to give the gift of blood this holiday season?
Or was she simply crossing another day of community service off her sentence?
Either way, she came out of the Red Cross with a smile on her face!
