Victoria Beckham stepped out to the CFDA wearing her heart on her sleeve - or at least on her shoulder!Check out Vicky's heart-inspired Marc Jacobs dress - what do you think? The general consensus around the office is that it's a bit much (although those architectural heels are awfully chic), but hey - nobody bats a thousand!
