Lorenzo Lamas' ex-wife Shauna Sand has been in Playboy in the past - but she might have flashed even more flesh last weekend at the club!

Our photographers spotted a barely-dressed Sand leaving one of Hollywood's hot spots Friday night with her boyfriend and her pal Tess Broussard. Of course, given Shauna's efforts to expose every square inch of her lady business, we'd have had to be blind to miss her!
