While LiLo was off shooting her guest role on Ugly Betty in NYC yesterday... we caught Samantha Ronson (also in the Big Apple) in an awkward embrace with this little lady. Think the two are just friends or something more?

And is this why Lindsay looked grumpy on set all day?
