DWTS Premieres Tonight...But Will Injured Karina Be Able To Dance?

Dancing With the Stars is set to air tonight with the first of a three night premiere -- but will one of the pros, Karina Smirnoff be sidelined for the rest of the season with?
Us reports that Karina twisted her ankle in rehearsal...but that she WILL be dancing! After all, the show must go on, and we must say, her pairing with celeb chef Rocco DiSpirito may be one of the hottest on the show!
Other Stars performing on the show tonight are N' Syncer Lance Bass, R&B queen Toni Braxton, Wild On's Brooke Burke, chef Rocco DiSpirito, Kim Kardashian, Olympic track & field star Maurice Greene, the competish's oldest contestant ever, Chloris Leachman, and the youngest ever, Hannah Montana's Cody Linley, AMC's Susan Lucci, Married With Children's Ted McGinley, comedian Jeffrey Ross, two-time gold medalist Misty May-Treanor and Superbowl champ Warren Sapp.
