More Legal Troubles For Brit's Former Boy Toy?!?!

We'll find out on Monday when a judge is set to review the temporary restraining orders Brit's dad got against her former manager Sam Lutfi and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

Meanwhile, Brit's former boy toy could have more legal problems to deal with. According to Radaronline.com, investigators looking into the allegations that Adnan tried to run over a process server with his car plan to hand the case over to the District Attorney's office next week.

According to a law enforcement source, Adnan hasn't exactly been cooperating with the investigation.

"We haven't been able to contact Mr. Ghalib regarding the incident. It's up to the District Attorney whether to reject, or accept the case, ask for more information, or refer to the City Attorney," the source said.

The former pap could be charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon.
