Now I know Whitney Port is supposed to be the more famous one here, but City co-star/socialite er, "social" Olivia Palermo is def the better looking one! The gals were spotted in NYC for fashion week (duh, what else?) and as much as we love Whitney's long legs and silly expressions, we can't help but be blown away by Olivia's beauty!
