Britney Spears AdnanRestrainingOrder.jpgA judge is set to issue a long-term restraining order that would prohibit Brit's ex, Adnan Ghalib from being anywhere near the pop star.

Brit's dad Jamie is the one who asked the judge for the protection order, according to the Associated Press.

Ghalib was apparently a no-show at a hearing on Wednesday and hasn't filed an objections to the restraining order, which could make it illegal for Adnan to contact Britney for as long as three years.

Jamie Spears believes Adnan, along with Britney's former manager Sam Lutfi, have tried to undermine his role as conservator of Brit's personal and business affairs.
