However, Katherine is still pressing the issue.

While, she's not expected to challenge the will, her attorney Londell McMillan tells TMZ Katherine "deserves a seat at the table at a minimum."

The attorney says he's "optimistic they can work things out, but I'm prepared to go the distance if Mrs. Jackson directs to do so."

Sounds like this could get pretty messy. Let's hope the lawyers don't end up being the biggest beneficiaries of Michael estate!
