Not only did she pay tribute to Britney Spears when she shaved her head (well, part of it), but last night we snapped R&B hottie Cassie at Britney's Madison Square Garden concert! Cassie was super sweet to photogs, and even though we miss her lovely locks, we're loving these pumps and the skintight white denim.
