Lindsay's Back On Top!

Yeah, I said it! Not only is she smiling (and wearing panties!) but it looks like someone finally caught up on all their beauty rest! Now THAT'S the Lindsay Lohan we fell in love with way back when! While she may not be totally done with her hot mess phase, she's looking much better here, so maybe Michael Lohan doesn't need to kidnap her after all?

Yesterday we caught Ms. Lohan leaving E. Baldi in Beverly Hills with her pal Jorge Perez, and we highly doubt he's a love interest, but he's definitely a cutie! But wouldn't it be nice to see Lindsay with a sexy dude again? Remember her and Harry Morton circa 2006? Ahh, those were the days!
