The Florida Highway Patrol say they will release today the 911 call made after Tiger Woods smashed into a tree in front of his home in the early hours of Friday morning.

FHP officers are expected to attempt interviewing Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren again today at their Windermere, Florida home where the accident occurred. The couple declined to speak with officers twice already.

Speculation continues about the cause of the accident -- original reports said Woods was not under the influence of alcohol but had a minor accident, hitting a fire hydrant at the end of his driveway and then a tree at around 2:30 am Friday morning. The first accounts of the incident had his wife Nordegren rescuing Woods from his SUV by breaking the window with a golf club and dragging him from the vehicle before police officers arrived and later transported Woods to a local hospital.

New reports claim the couple had been fighting just before the incident. The National Enquirer reported late last week that Woods had been cheating on his wife which is now believed by many to have sparked an argument that led to the accident.
