Yesterday we caught Kanye West at LAX, and the outspoken rapper revealed his New Year's resolution to X17online. But rather than disabling the CAPS function on his keyboard or planning on removing the stick from his ass in 2010, Kanye told photogs that his resolution is to put them in jail. Of course!
