X17 XCLUSIVE - Is Lindsay Relocating To London For Sam 2.0?

Lindsay Lohan was spotted making out with uber hot model Sam Webb (pictured above) at the afterparty for Jean-Charles de Castelbajac at club Le Baron in Paris the other night, and it looks like he's more than just a fling!
A source inside the club tells X17online:
- "Lindsay and Sam were making out the entire time, and they were so all over each other it got embarassing to watch. It didn't look like they had just met and hooked up...I got the impression she's been dating him for a while now."
Sam resides in London, and given Lindsay's recent tweets about moving to Europe and ditching Los Angeles, is it possible that the starlet would relocate for her new crush? The smokin' hot D&G model been by her side at most of the fashion week events in Paris this past week, so are we looking at Lindsay and Sam 2.0?
