Now this is surprising! With Jessica Simpson advertising her latest reality show on Oprah and The View - not to mention John Mayer's "sexual napalm" comments putting her back in the spotlight - you'd think the VH1 doc would be a sure-fire hit!
But Monday's premiere of The Price of Beauty was anything but pretty: Only 1 million viewers tuned in.
To put that number in perspective, The LA Times notes that the show was beat out by a NCIS rerun and Pawn Stars on the History Channel. Ouch. Guess the promotion didn't work!
Maybe everyone's just exhausted with Jess? They see her enough in the tabs, they don't wanna watch her on TV!
