Justin Bieber Announces Massive Tour Plans

Justin Bieber will be hitting the road for his first ever headlining tour. The 16-year-old will embark on a massive 40-city North American tour. Can you hear the little girls screaming now?!?
The My World tour will kick off on June 23 with pre-sale tickets available to fanclub members on March 23. For the rest of us, March 27 is the big sale date. R&B singer Sean Kingston will get the crowd warmed up for young Biebs.
It's hard to believe that this kid was discovered in 2007 after he posted himself on YouTube. Now the young star is on the brink of releasing his second album My World 2.0 on March 23.
