We've got confirmation, y'all! -- Kim Kardashian DID hang out with Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo recently in Madrid. And now, we just got this SUPER sexy nude shot of Kim posing for Harper's Bazaar in our inbox -- wonder if Cristiano saw this!

X17online spoke exclusively with an employee at the restaurant, La Dorada, where Kim K and Cristiano had lunch together earlier this week and we're told:

"Cristiano is a huge star here and we are also big fans of the Kim and her family so everyone in the restaurant was watching these two as they lunched together. They were flirtatious and very cute."

Our source tells us it appears the two left separately, but headed in the same direction and other online reports claim Kim went back to CR's place in Madrid.
