Oprah Winfrey's new OWN network is being sued by a former employee who is claiming wrongful termination and discrimination after the executive assistant was allegedly let go due to her battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Catherine Dunn, the former employee in question, started work with the network in August of 2008. In her lawsuit, she claims she was forced to take a leave of absence when her "hostile work environment" exacerbated her MS. While on leave, she says she was replaced by a "non-disabled and younger employee."

Dunn is seeking unspecified damages.
