Who cares if her outfits are a little on the wacky side -- the girl can sing, she stars in amazing music videos and her speeches had us cracking up! Lady Gaga beat the pants and skirts off of everyone she was up against at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards tonight, and even though she seemed well prepared when it came to thanking all the right people, she couldn't stop the tears from flowing at the very end of the broadcast.
