CDION101604_006.jpgCeline Dion and husband Renee Angelli actually decided on the names for their twin boys, born on Saturday, 10 days before their birth!

Dion told a Canadian TV show the boys would be named Nelson, after South African anti-apartheid leader Nelson Mandela, and Eddy, after French songwriter Eddy Marnay who produced many of Dion's early music. The late Marnay's career was launched decades ago with the legendary Edith Piaf sang one of his songs. Marnay heard a recording of Dion when she was 13 and agreed to produce her first songs.

Angelli told Canadian talk show eTalk about the birth earlier this week: "When Saturday at 11:11 came, and they showed us the first baby that was crying, we were crying. It was a very emotional moment, and even though we didn't speak to each other, we were both thinking about the time it took. We are very lucky, very privileged and very fortunate to have these boys."
