lancebabaynews.jpgLance Armstrong and girlfriend Anna Hansen have welcomed their second child this morning, as the Tour de France champ announced on Twitter, "Olivia Marie Armstrong has arrived!"

This is Armstrong and Hansen's second child together (they welcomed son Max last year), and he has three children with ex-wife Kristin Richard as well. This past spring, Armstrong created a Twitter account for Olivia, and early this morning she tweeted, "I'm 'bout ready to get outta here!"

Cute! Can't wait 'til she starts tweeting pictures of herself!
