Noah Cyrus And Willow Smith: Growing Up Too Fast?

Miley Cyrus' 10-year-old younger sister Noah and Will and Jada's 9-year-old (she'll turn 10 on Halloween) singing superstar Willow have a lot in common... they both come from famous families and they're both growing up pretty quickly!
Willow Smith just released her single "Whip My Hair" and has signed to Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation. She also made her acting debut alongside dad Will in I Am Legend and later co-starred in Kit Kittredge: An American Girl AND voiced a character in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
Noah Cyrus appeared on Miley's Disney show Hannah Montana, the direct-to-DVD movie Mostly Ghostly and had a main role in the animated English version of Ponyo. Plus, we kinda think the future tween has been dressing somewhat inappropriately for her age - yes, that includes wearing a padded push-up bra out in public with her mom and sis!
Willow, at least, dresses her age when stepping out with her family. But isn't 9 or 10 too young to start becoming famous? Especially when both families are already familiar with the celebrity world and know how hard it can be at such a young age?
