Here's a look at what Jaime Pressly looked like around midnight last night after being arrested on suspicion of DUI in Santa Monica.
The My Name is Earl actress was stopped by police for a traffic violation and held overnight until her release early this morning around 7:30 am on $15,000 bail.
Good thing her husband's an attorney -- she may need his help!
