Yesterday we spotted supervixen Megan Fox leaving a lunch meeting in the valley, and the Jonah Hex hottie ditched her grubby sweatpants for a pair of skinny jeans and high heeled booties.

After getting dropped from Transformers 3, she's currently shooting the rom com Friends with Kids, but it looks like she's dressed to impress in an attempt to secure a new film project. But is the sexy starlet getting too thin? We can't remember the last time she looked this skinny!
