Yesterday we spotted Ryan Phillippe at CVS in West Hollywood, and the hunky actor was snapped grabbing Advil and a few other essentials. Not only were we thrilled to get a peek at his sexy, tatted up arms, but the smile on his face? That's not something we see all that often! Perhaps one of Ryan's new year's resolutions was to be less of a grump with the paps?
