Lindsay Lohan will not be facing felony grand theft charges today for allegedly stealing a $2,500 gold necklace from Venice jewelry store Kamofie & Co., according to the Los Angeles Times.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay's lawyer, released the following statement:

"We vehemently deny these allegations. And, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press."

X17online has exclusive photos of the starlet wearing the stolen necklace. According to Kamofie employees, Lindsay can be seen wearing the same necklace in surveillance video that the store has yet to release to the public.

Last week, the LAPD obtained a search warrant for Lilo's home, however the necklace was returned before the cops were able to pay Lindsay a visit.

Lilo's next DUI hearing is set for the end of this month. Although Lindsay was not charged today for grand theft, the 24-year-old actress could still face these charges later this week.

Repeated calls to District Attorney Danette Meyers, who is believed to be prosecuting the case, have not been returned.
