brookeorder.jpgX17online exclusively reported earlier today that Brooke Mueller's nanny was turned away from Charlie Sheen's home when she attempted to pick up the former couple's twin boys, Max and Bob, and - according to our source - Charlie wouldn't let the boys go.

Mueller then went to the police station attempting to get help from law enforcement.

Now Brooke's attorney just got an emergency order in L.A. County Superior Court (without giving notice to Sheen) which requires the actor to stay 100 yards away from Brooke and to have absolutely no contact with her, TMZ reports.

The custody issue of Sheen and Mueller's children was apparently raised in court but has yet to be resolved.

Charlie and Brooke's divorce was finalized last month with joint custody granted, but physical custody given to Brooke and visitation to Charlie.
