Reports: Brooke Mueller Refuses To Submit To Drug Test

Brooke Mueller refused to submit to a drug test last night, according to various online reports.
As part of her divorce settlement with Charlie Sheen, Brooke is required to submit to three random drug tests a month, but declined to provide a urine sample when the testers came to her Hollywood home last night.
It's unclear how this will affect her custody or divorce agreement with Sheen.
