CSheen04custody.jpg Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller's attorneys already confirmed that the former spouses resolved their custody dispute over their 2-year-old twin sons Bob and Max, and now the details of the agreement have been released.

Court documents show that Sheen will get the boys every other weekend from Saturday morning until Sunday evening for the first two months, and for the following two months, the Two And A Half Men star will have his boys every other weekend from Saturday morning through Monday morning. After that (provided both parents stay drug and alcohol free), Sheen gets the twins every other weekend Saturday through Monday morning, as well as Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

Both Sheen and Mueller are required to undergo random drug testing three times a month, and they are also required to have nannies with them at all times. According to the legal papers, Sheen's "goddesses" are not allowed to show any public displays of affection toward the twins, and neither Sheen nor Mueller are allowed to be photographed with the boys while with a romantic partner.
