Ali Larter Celebrates Her First Mother's Day By Looking HOT

Ali Larter looked SUPER hot in a pretty spring dress and nude Christian Louboutin heels, as she celebrated her first Mother's Day with newborn baby Theodore and hubby Hayes McArthur at a friend's house in LA.

So what's her secret to shedding the weight right after baby? Larter confessed at a recent Reebok's RealFlex footwear launch: "I'm doing Pilates a couple days a week, and I'm trying to hike or run a couple days a week. Instead of going, 'Oh, I don't want to work out,' I try to flip that switch in my brain, and go, 'This is your time to get rid of the problems, let your stress go.'"
