Desperate Housewives' Ricardo Chavira Released From Jail

An officer at the Van Nuys jails tells X17online that Ricardo Chavira has been released.The 39-year-old actor, who plays Eva Longoria's hubby on Desperate Housewives, was arrested around 2 a.m. Tuesday in Los Angeles. He failed a sobriety test and was taken to jail in Van Nuys for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Bail was set at $25,000 bail.
