Cheryl's loss is Nicole's gain!

The X-Factor producers dropped Cheryl Cole as a judge last week, but quickly replaced her with singer-dancer-Dancing With The Stars alumna and champion, Nicole Scherzinger.

No accent change or stylist needed for the former Pussycat Doll. (Sorry, Cheryl.)

But a hop and a skip across the pond, the 32-year-old is in the City of Lights to pimp her latest album release.

On Monday, Scherzinger stepped out of her Paris hotel wearing a skin-tight nude dress, her hair flowing and a big smile. She's got a new album, new gig on X-Factor ... how could she have a frown on that face?
