Topher Grace Working On His Fitness

We know what Topher Grace was doing Wednesday afternoon: buffing up!

The 32-year-old actor is set to star in Gently Down The Stream alongside Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Diane Keaton and Amanda Seyfried. In the film, his character falls in love with the sister of his adoptive brother. Incest, no; awkward, yes! Sounds like a good directorial debut for Justin Beckham who penned The Bucket List. And frankly, a more interesting role of Grace than Spider-Man 3/!

While Grace awaits filming to begin in July, his That 70's Show co-star, Ashton Kutcher, has begun production with Two And A Half Men. Demi Moore's hubby recently been cast to replace Charlie Sheen -- although, his role has yet to be revealed.

(With so many congratulatory e-mails and calls Ashton has received since landing the gig, we wonder is Topher was one of them. Hmmm?)
