Joe Francis says he doesn't gamble anymore, but he thinks his fellow millionaires should have the right to.
Actor Tobey Maguire was accused this week of being involved in an underground, unlicensed poker ring that also involved A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
X17 caught up with Francis outside Hollywood hot spots Katsuya, where he told reporters that the ring has "been going on for a while." Check out the video to see what else he said!

It goes on to say these were “controlled†affairs complete with “food, alcohol and massages,†but were not licensed by federal, state and/or local laws, rules and ordinances, as required by California law.â€Â
