GrammersBreakUp230.jpgIn the continuing saga that is the break up of Kelsey and Camille Grammer, an LA judge ruled Thursday that both Kelsey and Camille can not allow other people to stay in their vacation homes out of privacy concerns during their ongoing custody battle.

The two had been fighting over the use of their Hawaii and Hamptons homes by non-family members. Now, the judge has ruled that Kelsey and Camille must both give each other prior written notice and get the other's approval before any third party stays in a home they own. Apparently Camille brought up the concern in court.

Today, the judge also set a July 27 hearing to issue temporary custody orders over their children - Mason, 9, and Jude, 6. Camille currently cares for them, but Kelsey filed a petition earlier this month to split the two kids - with him taking one and Camille taking the other.
