Tribal Face Tattoo In Hangover 2 To Be Digitally Altered For DVD Version

Ed Helms' face tattoo in The Hangover 2 has been the subject of controversy after tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill claimed Warner Bros. used the image without his permission. The tribal tattoo was originally given to Mike Tyson back in 2003.Although a judge ruled that the movie's theatrical release won't be postponed due to tattoo drama, the court has ruled that Warner Bros. must digitally alter the face tat when the movie goes to DVD.
Whitmill filed his lawsuit against the studio back in April alleging the studio knowingly exercised copyright infringement.

- "Warner Bros. does not intend to make any use of the allegedly infringing tattoo after the film ends its run in the theaters because Warner Bros. will digitally alter the film to substitute a different tattoo on Ed Helms’s face."
